Questions people ask before they call

Do you take my insurance?

Saint Sophie’s works with several insurance carriers. Not every provider takes every plan, so call us with your card and we will tell you before you book. Self-pay is available if you do not have insurance or would rather pay privately.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Patients call 701-365-4488 and choose Option 4 to reach the scheduling coordinator. The coordinator will give you the first available appointment while you are on the phone.

Do you see children and teenagers?

Yes. We see children, teenagers, adults and older adults, and we have specialty clinics for particular groups.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No. You can book with us directly — no referral from a family doctor is needed.

What does the first visit cost if I do not have insurance?

Self-pay arrangements are available. Call the office and ask for billing, who will give you the current rate before you book.

How can I help?

New patient inquiries — we'll call you back. Already a patient? Call (701) 365-4488.
